A lifelong resident of Bourne, an 11th generation native of Cape Cod, with diverse experience, she brings with her a wealth of area knowledge and a high degree of integrity and professionalism. Her background includes working as a Town of Bourne Conservation Commissioner/Agent, project manager for U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and MA Dept. of Environmental Protection on Superfund Sites, a paralegal and the CEO of several non-profit organizations. In 2015, Diane was named the Plymouth and Cape Cod Business Non Profit Leader of the Year. She is also a graduate of the CCIAOR Leadership Academy and previously worked at Sotheby’s and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices/Robert Paul Properties.
Diane is a member of the Cape Cod & Islands Board of Realtors, the Massachusetts Board of Realtors, the National Board of Realtors, is a founding member of Falmouth Kiwanis and is a Notary Public.
She is the proud mother of identical twin sons, Billy and Brian who have both served in the military and are in law enforcement, and her daughter Alicia who is the Director of Health Services for the Town of Mashpee School Department. . Diane resides with her husband Tony Palma and enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling.
