Junior Team

If you're looking to become a rockstar agent but don't have the experience or guidance you need to get there, the junior team may be the right fit for you! Our junior program puts new and inexperienced agents through a 90 day learning period where they are trained on how to close deals, how to pull leads, how to market themselves and their listings, how to present themselves to clients, and much more! This program is for those individuals who are determined to have a successful career in real estate and are willing to be pushed to get there. All agents are considered at the end of their period by a group of current senior agents and the team lead, Michelle Fermin. Graduation to the senior team is not guaranteed.

We take pride in having the most up to date, data driven marketing software possible. Utilizing our presence on top search engines like Google allow us to re-market potential leads and hand them over to our agents to nurture. Along with running paid ads, we’re also one of Google’s top preferred teams and are highly promoted on their Local Service Ads. We also run campaigns and sponsored ads throughout social media for many different topics; new listings, grant opportunities, first time home buying seminars, events we’re running and many more. We don’t leave it to ourselves though, we’ve also teamed up with some of the top lead generation software companies to ensure the highest possible flow to our lead pool. Between our in house marketing and our outsourcing for retargeting, we’ve got the digital space covered. Using mass mailer pieces like Every Door Direct and marketing geofarms let’s us keep a strong presence in the postage industry as well.

EXCEPTIONAL SUPPORT

Support is something that is never lacking with The Fermin Group. With 5 full time admin, an in house transaction coordinator, in house mortgage lender, videographer, social media content creator and operations manager, you are never left feeling short staffed. Our team lead, Michelle, is open and available whenever guidance or support is needed. With our top tier customer relationship manager, Follow up Boss, you don’t have to wonder what your next step is when contacting a lead. Using contact logs, smart lists, task managers and automatic action plans, our CRM will provide you with exactly what you need (even scripts) to never let a lead go cold.

TRAINING & MENTORSHIP

If you’ve ever felt like you’re lacking as an agent simply because you don’t have the tools to improve: look no further. On our team, we value knowledge and we value experience. Our junior team is all about being trained in different databases, scripts, action plans and much more. We mentor you on how to be a great agent, team member and part of your community. Our team is also coached by the team lead several times a week, often bringing on guest speakers. Guest speakers in the past have included the CEO of Century 21, Mike Miedler. Our team also gets coached by a top Tom Ferry coach, the previous director of Berkshire Hathaway’s real estate department. Because teaching is a learning experience in itself, we don’t just get coached, we coach. Our team commits to mentoring high school students who have hopes of being in real estate one day. Several of our agents volunteer their time to the Greater Lawrence Technical School and teach about what they love to those who crave a deeper understanding of real estate.

INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY

An agent that can adapt to its consumers needs is one that will continue to succeed regardless of the market. That’s why we push our agents to join us in keeping up with the most up to date marketing tactics and lead generation softwares. Simple additions to a listing package like a Matterport and drone video can largely increase the appeal of your listing and attract more digital and foot traffic. Using remarking and retargeting can give us insight into what our clients care about most - which in turn, helps us scout our leads from those same sources. With Raya, our AI assistant who will reach out to your clients for you, and Raya Live Call center, many of our leads are vetted prior to your first conversation so you’re in the loop of what their expectations are.

INCENTIVESWork hard, play harder. We appreciate and admire our agents for the work they do, so it’s important we show them that hard work pays off. Throughout the year, we have friendly team competitions where the winning group can win weekend trips, spa days or five star dining experiences. We also give the opportunity for agents to represent us in different conferences throughout the year, typically in San Diego, Las Vegas, Orlando, Los Angeles or Dallas. Our largest incentive is our annual team trip: if you meet the set goal, you and one guest will join us in a week long Caribbean getaway. This is an all expenses paid trip for our top agents to sit back, relax, and remember why we do what we do. This trip includes lodging in a multi million dollar villa, excursions throughout the week, an in house team of chefs, and private yacht.

WE HELP YOU CREATE A CAREER

Getting you familiar with how to close a deal is just the beginning. We pride ourselves on building the best individual agents, not just the best teams. Knowing how to pull your own leads is just as important is knowing how to nurture the one’s you’re given. We push our agents to find new and creative ways to pull leads and keep an open line of communication for potential clients. We also encourage our agents to build their own branding, create their own social sphere, and make a name for themselves outside of the team. Some of our agents participate in talk shows, another agent does a radio show, another hosts community basketball events. Being different is what makes us strongest - we teach our agents that being themselves and marketing themselves is just as important as showing you have a team behind you. We even encourage agents to create their own teams to work under us, and help coach and mentor the expansion of their team.
